    Csorba Réka

I started studying painting at the Kecskeméti Képzőművészeti Szabadiskola in the class of András Bruncsák, then i graduated at the University of Pécs at the Faculty of Music and Visual Arts. Currently I am working in Budapest, at Nyolcésfél. My works revolve around mental health and the connection between people and the world. The way people treat each other, and how they influence their environment and themselves. Social behaviours created by different life situations. Fractions of everyday life that we often ignore. My inspirations are people, thoughts, emotions and feelings. My stylistic tools are plant and animal based symbols from the classical arts, with a goal of processing and representing these in a new way.

    GÁSKA

The word gasca means group, band. Their melody-repertoire’s foundation is the traditional music of the Csángós of the Moldva region. Other than traditional dance-halls and folk festivals, they played in other parts of the country as well as outside of it. Also they played in many villages of the Bákó region, at the origins of their music. They put importance on collecting and knowing the active community of folklore as well as passing all their knowledge forward.

    Suhajda Gábor

Gábor Suhajda's painterly world is guided by a balance of calm and tension. His forms are arranged according to the emotions and thoughts prevailing in the initial phase of creation, sometimes according to specific rules, sometimes completely randomly. He enjoys the fact that his works do not have to conform to anyone or anything and that he can create independently of any interpretative constraints.

"I conceive of reception as an unconscious experience, where it is not our thoughts but the automatic workings of our brains that create sensations when we see colours, shapes and imagined spaces." - says Gábor.
