If you are looking for a workshop, studio, rehearsal room, studio, creative space in the city centre, or if you are looking for an office or small warehouse, then you are welcome at Nyolcésfél!

We offer spaces for rent from 10 m² to 600 m².

Short-term rental

We are a regular location for film shoots, video shoots and photo shoots, and thanks to the unique design and atmosphere of the building complex and its eclectic spaces, we can accommodate almost any concept.

We are also happy to provide venues for exhibitions, workshops, performances and other cultural events, after prior and detailed discussion of the concept.

Rental Pricing:

The rental fee for our available spaces depends on the size of the area:

Spaces under 99 m²: 10 € / m² + VAT
Spaces over 100 m²: 8 € / m² + VAT
